DIY your own 1.4 meter height balloon stack for your birthday party. No helium needed, with instructions it will be easily done by yourself.
Beautiful 40inch giant blue and purple radiant number balloon, with 3PCs 30inch frozen figures, latex balloons, 3D snow flakes, all you need for making the display is included. Frozen hanging diamond is an option to purchase.

Pack includes: 12-pack 12" latex balloon in pearlised blue, purple, lavender and white. 1-pack 40" blue and purple number balloon, 1-pack small foil snowflake balloon, 1-pack 30inch Anna balloon, 1-pack 30inch Elsa balloon, 1-pack 25inch Olaf balloon, 2-pack 3D paper snow flakes, balloon glue dots, balloon ribbon. 
Not in the pack: 5-pack hanging iridescent diamond, ready assembled, come with thin transparent string and small ceiling hook, easily hanging down or remove from ceiling. 20cm x 5cm, can be purchased separately.

All latex balloons in my shop are bio-degradable, foil balloons are recyclable.

Instructions

Recommended tools: balloon pump, measuring tape

(For Frozen mirror balloon bouquet: please read Step 1-7 and 12)

1. Blow up 12PCs 12inch balloons to similar sizes, suggest 20-22cm. (place a ruler or measuring tape or an object next to the balloon when blowing)

Pick the balloon colour you like to put together, blow them up to similar size, tie 2 balloons together to make a pair

2. Tie 2 of them together to make 6 pairs.

3. Pick 2 pairs, stack them on top of each other like a shape of cross, twist the joint to join them together to make one set, then level them. (Don't worry if they move, as long as they join together)

4. Repeat step 3, make three sets.

5. (You will need some space in this step) Open the ribbon, place it on a flat surface, then place first set from step 4 on top of the ribbon.

6. Place the second set on top of the first set (rotate 45 degrees), pull the ribbon around the balloon gaps up and down several times to tie them together.

7. Place the third set on top of the second set (rotate 45 degrees), pull the ribbon around the balloon gaps up and down several times to tie the 3 sets together, pull tight until the base is stable, tie a knot, the base is made.

8. Blow up the number balloon, if you have a name sticker stick it on.

9. Place the number on top of the base, find the best position then stick it onto the base by using glue dots, you may need several glue dots on the front and back to make it balanced.

If your number is 4,7, you may need to add extra balloons behind or under the number to balance it, extra balloon will be included in the pack.

10. Blow up 3 figure balloons, stick them on the balloon base with glue dots.

11. Blow up the snowflake balloon, fold and stick the vale on its back, then stick it on top of the number balloon.

12. Stick the paper snowflakes on the balloon base, finish.

13. This step is only for frozen mirror balloon bouquet, once the step 1-7 is done, inflate the big mirror balloon and small silver number balloon. Place the mirror balloon on top of the base, balance it and find a good angle to stick it(front and back) on the base by using glue dots. Stick the number balloon on the front of the base to finish.
