How to make a balloon garland decoration (using balloon chain)

1. Blow up 12inch balloons, attach them on the balloon chain (put the knot through the hole), one after each other from different sides, make sure the first balloon and the last balloon are bigger than other balloons, hang and attach the chain on your decoration area by using sellotape, ribbon or other tools, adjust the balloons.

2. Blow up 5inch balloons, make several groups of 3, tie them together, glue them on the 12inch balloon chain by using balloon glue dots.

3. Glue other decorations on the balloon chain by using balloon glue dots to finish your design.
