Blue yellow red train Birthday Balloon garland

Balloon garland is made up with 45-packs 10inch balloons in blue, yellow and red, foil train balloon(as body), 10-pack 5inch while balloons(as smoke), a silver 16inch number balloon, balloon chain, and glue sticks.

How to make: attach 12inch balloons to balloon chain through the holes on both side, one after each other, glue train head onto the garland, then make a shape of smoke with little white balloons, glue them on the train head.
