It can be used as a table display or floor display, with the easy follow instruction, you will make it very quickly with no hassles.
Digger pack includes: 8-pack 12" latex balloons in orange, yellow and black, 1-pack 30" digger balloon, 8-pack 5" mixed grey and brown balloon, 1-pack 16inch gold number balloon, balloon glue dots, balloon ribbon. Name stickers.
Note: Name stickers are separate with the balloons in the pack (black vinyl), requires yourself to put it on the balloon.

Instructions
1. Blow up 8PCs 12inch balloons to similar sizes, suggest 20-22cm. (place a ruler or measuring tape or an object next to the balloon when blowing)
2. Tie 2 of them together to make 4 pairs.
3. Pick 2 pairs, stack them on top of each other like a shape of cross, twist the joint to join them together to make one set, then level them. (Don't worry if they move, as long as they join together)
4. Repeat step 3, make two sets.
5. Open the ribbon, place it on the table, then place first set from step 4 on top of the ribbon.
6. Place the second set on top of the first set (rotate 45 degrees), pull the ribbon around the balloon gaps up and down several times to tie them together until the base is stable.
7. Blow up the digger balloon.
8. Place the digger balloon on top of the base, find the best position and stick it on by using glue dots, you may need several glue dots on the front and back. Blow up 5inch balloons, glue them on the base in front or on back of the digger to keep it stand up.
9. Blow up number balloon, stick name on, glue it on the digger balloon by using balloon glue dots, finish.
